Vendor Policy

1. Booths include an 6-foot table and two chairs. You are responsible for your own table linen.

2. Vendor spaces are sold on a first come, first served basis and all sales are final.

3. Only three vendors per category are allowed ie. Jewelry, clothing boutique, makeup, etc.

a. In the case of national franchises such as Paparazzi, Pampered Chef, Damsels in Defense, etc. only one (1) vendor is allowed

4. Set up time begins at 8am the morning of the conference and must be completed by 9:00am. Any vendor arriving after 9:00am will not be allowed to set up and no refunds will be issued. Doors open for registration, networking, and shopping at 9:15am. Programming starts at 10am.

5. Vendors will be allowed to unload in the front of the building and then move their cars to the designated parking area.

6. There can be no banners or posters attached to the walls of the venue. However, you are welcome to bring in a vertical banner, but it must be kept inside of your space and not impede the walk areas or encroach on another vendor’s space.

7. Businesses are limited to no more than two (2) vendor spaces and must pay the full cost of both spaces.

8. We require that each vendor contribute one (1) item for giveaways. Vendors cannot give away multiple items.

9. VIP vendor space assignments are based on order of registration.

10. Regular vendor space assignments are based upon arrival on the day of the event.

11. The Regular vendor registration fee includes entry for two (2) to the event, two (2) lunch tickets and one (1) welcome bag. Additional lunch tickets can be purchased in advance for $25. Choices include Veggie wrap; Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad; or Turkey & Swiss Sandwich

12. The VIP vendor registration fee includes entry into the event for two (2); two (2) lunch tickets and two (2) welcome bags.

13. VIP vendor spaces will have preferential placement inside the ballroom.

14. Regular vendors are allowed to bring in one (1) additional person to assist them at no cost. No additional people are allowed.

15. Break down will begin at 4pm when the conference is over. No vendor will be allowed to begin moving out until the conference ends.

16. We reserve the right to refuse space to anyone whose business or service is not in alignment with the conference mission, vision and objectives.
