Giovanna Burgess Geathers is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, specializing in self-love, self-worth, emotional healing, and leadership development. In 2017, she authored Why Am I Still Single and hosted her first sold-out women’s retreat, leading to the creation of The Breathe Women’s Conference, which grew from 120 attendees in its inaugural year to double that by 2019.

With over 30 years of experience in coaching, counseling, and consulting, Giovanna has worked across industries including Tech, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Aviation, and Law, and currently serves as a Leadership Consultant at BMW Manufacturing Plant Spartanburg. A dynamic speaker and facilitator, she delivers transformational experiences for women’s groups, churches, universities, and corporate audiences, blending psychology, human behavior, and intuitive insight. Above all, Giovanna finds her greatest joy in time spent with her husband, children, and family.
